Some states don’t have any sort of yearly auto inspection, and a vehicle like this one make me wonder WHY they don’t. Not only unsafe for the person driving it, but unsafe for other people on the road, too!
In New York State that vehicle would be condemned because of tough vehicle inspections that they have,if your floorboard has holes you have to get them fixed, and that is not cheap….New York like Minnesota uses straight salt on their roads during the Winter,if not then they are using a chemical that is as equally harmful to car bodies,I have seen cars from Minnesota that are so bad I’m surprised that they pass any inspection at all,but this has to be the worst one ever…………
Duct tape is called 100 mile per hour tape for a reason. It’s because if you don’t go over 100 MPH then you can use duct tape on any part of the vehicle… This car probably doesn’t hit 100 unless it’s on the trailer.
Man, there must be no vehicle inspections in Minnesota. No way that pelxi-roof is legal in any State!
My thoughs exactly @dark ferret. I don’t think cardboard wheel skirts covered in duct tape would pass either.

NY State seems like that too… you should see the vehicles in the rural areas.

MN no longer has vehicle inspections. I remember having to do it for my Spitfire until 2000. Then afterward, oh look, bye bye catalytic convertor!
No car inspections In MN. That won’t last the winter here anyway.
