I’m thinking he lost a bet or something because if it was a prank, I know I would find the closest can of spray paint (who cares what color) and cover it up… or at the very least not drive it until it was either covered up or removed.
A little back story to this car. This is a prank gone bad. The prankee just changed the number to the prankers number and drove around like that for a week. Needless to say the picture made its way to the internet and who is the one who really got pranked.
